are no implied factory warranties; however, watches that are new come with box,
booklets & warranty papers. All watches are guaranteed
authentic, and all our contemporary watches are accompanied by Capetown's Lifetime Service Warranty. All vintage watches carry a 1 year service warranty. Warranty covers any mechanical issues including timekeeping or malfunctions. Warranty does not cover broken crystals, damage caused by water or any damage caused by abuse or neglect.

How To Order from Capetown
- We sell on a first-come, first-serve basis. Some items are one-of-a-kind and as such are subject to prior sale. Please contact us to confirm availability.
- Buyers with fewer than 5 transactions or accounts newer than 30 days must
contact us via email or telephone prior to placing a bid.
- To Purchase, use "Buy It Now" feature or call or email us to make payment
arrangements.
- Your Item will be shipped after funds clear. We will email you a
tracking number.
- Please call or email us when the item arrives.
- We leave feedback on all purchases. We would appreciate you to leave feedback as well.
Payment
Payment is due upon the close of auction and is expected no later than 5 business days from the auction end date. We will report any unpaid auction items to Ebay after 5 business days as well as relist the item without any further notice to the original winning bidder. Returns
There are no returns on new watches or special ordered items.. Jewelry & pre-owned watches carry a 3 day return privilege as long as the following criteria are met:
The item cannot have been
worn, and must be returned in exactly the same condition received. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Consignments
For those seeking to receive the highest price, consignment is the way to go. Mail us your watch or jewelry item and we will aggressively market your item, at the agreed upon price, by professionally photographing it and featuring it on our world-renowned website and in our showroom, where it will have international exposure to thousands of interested and qualified buyers. All items left in our possession are fully insured against theft, lost, damage, etc.
